Maintenance & Emergencies
Pin Oak has an extensive network of contractors in the Tri State area to meet the repair needs of your community. For an emergency after hours, you will speak to YOUR MANAGER, (not a staff member or answering service) to help your community and residents through their time of need. Because of this, there is no delay of service looking for insurance company information or contractors that have worked on your site. Your manager knows who to call and what needs to be done.
