Pin Oak Community Management is one of the few multi-generational management companies left in the Tri State area that hasn't been sold to a big corporation. At Pin Oak, we believe in the same values that were in place when the orginal owner started managing communities over 45 years ago. Her constant desire to learn more about the industry she loved was rewarded when she became a PCAM, the highest designation a Property Manager can recieve. The orginal owner took her years of experience and knowledge and passed it on to the current owner of Pin Oak Community Management.
